Employee Performance Evaluation/Scoring Auditor
Duration : 5 Months Contract
Job Description :
Employee Performance Review Consultant will be responsible for revising, managing, and coordinating quality oversight and performance review process for members of the Team.
Responsibilities :
- Overhauled and established the coach audit and quality oversight program for various client programs and platforms.
- Managed and coordinated auditing and performance review processes for Team members.
- Set and maintained quality oversight schedules and facilitated quality review calibrations.
- Coordinated monthly and quarterly performance reviews with Team Leads and Team Managers.
- Conducted quality assurance activities, including monitoring staff communications and productivity.
Experience :
- Experience with worker Performance Evaluation.
- Experience in setting up scorecard / processes.
- Working knowledge of GCP and FDA Regulations would be a plus.
- Experienced in facilitating quality reviews and providing feedback.

Education :
BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
