Position Summary :
Manage workflow of reception and office area. Work closely with administration, practitioners, and clinicians to ensure outstanding services are provided to patients and visitors.
Responsible for maintaining program records, handling sensitive and confidential information, and ensuring office and medical supplies are in stock and tracked appropriately.
The Office Manager will manage reception and medical records staff and ensure front desk coverage, sitting at front desk as needed.
Assist administrators with various tasks and duties. Additional responsibilities below may vary depending on location.

Education / Experience :
- Associate’s degree or higher
- One or more years of supervisory and office management experience
Qualifications :
- Monitor front desk efficiency and cleanliness.
- Manage mail, databases, and receptionist coverage.
- Handle state records, keys, equipment logs, and petty cash.
- Order office supplies, manage invoices, and assist executives.
- Review accounts, maintain safety records, and IT requests.
- Update front office manual, manage mailing supplies, and schedule events.
- Order event food, submit contractor timesheets, type minutes.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff; perform other tasks as needed.
Licensure / Certification :
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Auto Insurance
