Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivables Specialist will include :
- Post cash for residential and commercial tenants in accounting program.
- Upload deposits from ClickPay for residential tenants to accounting system.
- Create new residential tenant accounts in the accounting system.
- Process tenant security deposits, cash and letters of credit, for residential and commercial tenants in the accounting system.
- Deposit checks remotely to the multiple security bank accounts.
- Additional ad hoc responsibilities in the Accounts Receivables Department
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of real estate experience focusing on Accounts Receivables
- Bachelors or Associates Degree; open to major as long as the experience matches the responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and experience working with various accounting and banking systems
