Job Summary
The Cardiology Nurse is responsible for managing the care of the adult or geriatric patient experiencing acute, chronic, and / or terminal cardiovascular diseases, comorbid medical conditions, and associated procedures.
The nurse must be able to assess patient condition, administer medications and monitor patient response, monitor and interpret telemetry, and provide patients and families with support and education.
Job Requirements
Education
- Required : Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
- Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Experience
- Preferred : Previous nursing experience

- Required : RN license active in the state of Missouri
- Required : BLS must be obtained within 90 days
