Qualifications :
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
- Current state licensure or certification as a COTA.
- Previous experience in occupational therapy preferred.
- Knowledge of therapeutic practices and patient management.

Responsibilities :
- Assist in the delivery of occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
- Help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
- Document patient progress and report to the occupational therapist.
- Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
- Educate patients and family members about ongoing therapy and exercises.
