Weekend Telephonic Nurse Manager

A company is looking for a Telephonic After Hours Nurse Care Manager (Weekends).

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound communications for patient care management

Consult and coordinate with team members to assess and implement patient care plans

Provide health information and support to assist patients with medical and wellness issues

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in assigned state(s)

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 3+ years of recent clinical experience

Experience in a call center or triage environment preferred

Strong computer skills and ability to work in a remote environment
