Position Summary :

We are seeking a self-driven, well-organized Inventory Analyst with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision. This role requires excellent decision-making, time management, and communication skills to ensure inventory accuracy and support manufacturing operations.

What you’ll do :

Conduct daily inventory counts as scheduled

Assess and reconcile all variations to system counts

Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions

Train and instruct company personnel on inventory accuracy processes and procedures

Support compliance with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP, and other quality / safety programs

Complete ad-hoc inventory and cycle count tasks as needed

Other duties as assigned by manager

What we’re looking for :

1–3 years of inventory management such as : cycle-count, warehousing, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain if hired)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal driven

Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
