Due to a range of exciting new projects, they now require a job captain to help them achieve their business goals.
In this role you will work in a highly-skilled architectural team, focusing on the production process, taking construction documentation and design drawings and coordinating with the team and external engineers throughout the pre-construction phase.
You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of luxury, single-family homes.
The ideal candidate will have an architectural background and previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to understand and interpret construction drawings and documentation.

The Role :
- The drafting, development, coordination, and organization of project drawing sets and construction
- Type and assemble Project Specification documents
- Production of CAD drawings & 3D renderings whilst Interpreting design intent into working drawings
- Performs all aspects and application of the building codes and other regulatory agencies

- Architectural background
- AutoCAD experience
- Able to read construction drawings / floor plans / design drawings
