If you are a Staff Accountant out of public accounting, looking to switch to private industry we have the opportunity for you! This role is in Florham Park, NJ;
offering very hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year in public accounting, with their CPA or on CPA track.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with preparation of financial statements
- Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
- Maintain and record fixed assets
- Act as liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
Qualifications :
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience, coming out of public accounting
- Must have CPA or on the CPA Track
- Proficiency with ERP Systems, as well as advanced MS Excel skills
