JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Benefit Repayments when employees come back from leave
- Compliance with local, state and Federal agencies
- Benefits Administrative Duties
- Conducting monthly audits
- Assisting with payroll.
- Assisting with special requests / reports needed by the Executive Leadership Team members.
- Heavy weekly / biweekly / monthly reporting responsibilities.
RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills, ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Expert level in Excel is a must. Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and other related software.
- Experience with HRIS, ADP system is a plus.
