As the assistant to the sales manager you will be responsible for contacting small employers in Cherokee County, GA. This outreach will be by phone and in person.
The outreach is to generate interest in our multi channel media programs. A reliable form of personal transportation is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, email, social media, and drop ins.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
APPOINTMENT SETTING
- Schedule appointments between prospective clients and our media consultants
- Follow the prescribed metrics
- Track all activities
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Gain a deep understanding of company’s products and services to handle outreach questions.
- Explain products and services to obtain appointments
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent Phone and cold calling skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other products
COMPENSATION
- 20 week training guarantee
- Weekly training bonuses
- First Year OTE - $75,000-$90,000
- Second Year and beyond - $120,000 plus
