Position

Our fast-paced, Warehouse is seeking an Inventory Assistant at our Beaverton, OR . The Inventory Assistant continuously audits and reports accurate inventory counts, sales, and service.

This person is responsible for researching inventory problems, locating errors and problems solving using a variety of tools.

This person must be able to stock shelves and lift inventory, occasionally up to 10 lbs.

This individual must be skilled in accuracy, organization, and obtain strong math skill.

Essential Job Duties :

• Computer work
• Audit discrepancies, locate errors and problem solve inventories
• Process sales orders
• Heavy sales-operations-warehouse cross communication
• Participate in monthly inventories
• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Communicate on the phone and through email
• Handle multiple tasks at the same time

Knowledge, skill and abilities :

• Basic computer skills required
• High level of accuracy
• Ability to adapt to last minute changes
• Strong communication
• Math skills
• Experience with Microsoft
• Organization
• Forklift experience
