Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Superintendent to oversee and manage our solar projects. The primary role of the Field Superintendent is to ensure the successful completion of commercial solar projects on schedule and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities for commercial solar projects.
- Coordinate with project management team to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Manage and supervise field staff, including electricians and other tradespeople.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and approve project plans and specifications, and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality.
- Provide regular progress reports to project management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Superintendent, Electrical Superintendent, or similar role.
- Experience in solar installation and construction.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage field staff.
- Experience in commercial construction projects.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- PM certification is a plus.
- Electrical license is a plus.

Millstone Township, NJ - Full-time $70,000.00 - $90,000.00
Madison, WI - Full-time $100,000.00 - $120,000.00
