I. Job Summary

The Sr. Manager of Organizational Change Management will partner with program leadership to strategize, manage, and support change efforts to align with the Finance transformation.

This will include championing change behaviors and adoption strategies into the business goals and tactics.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other additional duties may be assigned.

  • Engages with management efforts to support the implementation of initiatives, starting with determining the change strategy and plans needed to support the program through execution and delivery.
  • This role is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive change strategies that promote stakeholder and user engagement, minimize resistance, and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Develop and execute a communication plan that ensures timely, relevant, and transparent communication to all levels of the organization.
  • Equip leaders with tools and resources to support organizational change.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to equip end-users with the knowledge and skills.
  • Drive faster end-user readiness and adoption of new processes and systems through effective process mapping, communications, training, and support, resulting in achieving the required business results.
  • Proactively identify potential areas of resistance and design strategies to mitigate them.
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities and projects.
  • Activate and align change agent resources within each region to drive change and enact adherence to process standards.

IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Change Management, Communications, adult education or a similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience : Ten (10) years of previous experience (in addition to education)

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, or Other Requirements

None required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required

  • Experience completing complex transformational initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, preferably at least two (2) years experience managing teams.
  • Adaptable, agile, collaborative, and passionate about the work and success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have the skills to tell a story visually and succinctly, and to communicate up, down, and across.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, operating in an Agile framework.
