Position Summary :

We're hiring an Electrical Estimator who can accurately scope, price, and prepare bids for residential and light commercial jobs. This role is ideal for someone with electrical field experience who enjoys planning, details, and working in a growth-focused company.

Responsibilities :

Estimate residential service, panel upgrades, rewires, and remodels

Review photos, site notes, blueprints, and permit requirements

Build customer-friendly proposals with accurate labor and material pricing

Coordinate with field team and permitting to ensure scope alignment

Track and improve estimate-to-close win rate

Maintain pricing database and estimating templates

Qualifications :

2+ years experience estimating electrical work OR 5+ years as a residential electrician

Familiar with NEC, Seattle permitting, and local code requirements

Strong computer skills (Jobber, Excel, or estimating software )

Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

Journeyman license a strong plus but not required

Compensation : $70,000–$95,000 DOE + Bonuses + PTO + Benefits
