This is a full-time metal fabrication position, with a typical schedule that supports your professional growth and work-life balance.
As a Construction Project Manager, your day will be filled with defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines to set the stage for success.
You will analyze project plans, specifications, submittals, and contract documents to develop a comprehensive job plan for your assigned projects.
You'll identify needed resources and assign tasks to the right team members, keeping a close eye on project progress and making adjustments as required to meet evolving needs.
You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth collaboration, managing stakeholder communication by providing regular status updates and reports.
In addition, you'll identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues promptly, and ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Post-project evaluations will be part of your routine as you create lessons-learned documentation, while your day-to-day project oversight will include managing submittals, material requisitions, requests for information, and procurement requests.
You'll execute detailed job cost analyses and provide management with regular updates to keep everyone aligned on project statuses.

Experience in project management (3+ years preferred)
Ability to analyze and comprehend construction plans, specifications, and documents Superior planning and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam Revu PEF, Adobe PDF, and Outlook Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Supervisory skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Mechanical aptitude with comprehensive and timely cost projections, including thorough risk / opportunity evaluations
