Business Development Analyst

Peachtree Group is seeking a Business Development Analyst to join the Commercial PACE Lending Team.

Peachtree Group is an investment firm with a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets. We focus on real estate acquisition, development, and lending, and manage over $2.5 billion in equity. Our services are designed to protect, support, and grow our investments.

The Business Development Analyst will support Peachtree Credit's CPACE efforts to become a leading CPACE provider by expanding the origination platform through outbound communication and lead generation. The position requires strong written and verbal communication, as well as excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

Duties and Functions :

  • Driving outreach and contacting target companies to generate meetings with team members.
  • Independently run introduction and discovery calls.
  • Tracking, reporting, and pipeline management in CRM.
  • Weekly outbound communication (call and email) to private company owners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, originations, and closing team.
  • Work with Marketing to leverage content and cultivate and convert leads.
  • Partner with originations team to create and implement strategic and tactical outreach.
  • Keep on top of current industry and competitive trends.
  • Understand CPACE legislation, program metrics, and maintain constant communication with CPACE administrators.
  • Prepare quote & term sheets for early-stage deals and assist with presentation materials when needed.
  • Build and maintain a series of relationships with business owners and management.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings with an eye toward identifying and understanding key themes, highlighting areas for follow-up and observing different presentation styles.
  • Assist in investment team in ad-hoc sourcing activities or duties.

The Ideal Candidate :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Real estate finance or CPACE experience a plus.
  • Self-starter with highly resourceful networking and prospecting skills.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior executives.
