Customer service is our #1 prority! You will be responsible for helping customers by processing their cleaning orders, explaining our services, resolving issues and maintaining an organized and clean work environment.

This is an instore customer service position 30 -35 hours each week.

Responsibilities :

• Take care of customer inquiries and issues
• Provide information about our services
• Update customer records based on interactions in our Point Of Sale system
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our services
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Communicate will all company departments

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Skilled at using a Point of Sale system (and or) an app
• Ability to connect with customers and learn their preferences
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using a smart phone
• Able to use google maps
• Ability to work at all locations or delivery
• Must be able to lift 45+ pounds
