Position Overview

Reviva, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Account Manager (AM) reporting to our Director of Sales & Marketing. A strong candidate for this position is a motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.

In this position, the AM is responsible for driving the company’s success through managing existing clients, identifying and capturing new opportunities, develop a repour with the customer, and position Reviva as the supplier of choice, forecast growth opportunities, and work with internal teams achieve the territory’s goals.

The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, self-sufficient, and eager to join a highly successful sales team that promotes continuous growth year after year.

Responsibilities :

  • Pro-actively manage and grow assigned client base
  • Relentless understanding uncovering and developing new opportunities
  • Source prospective sales, leads and clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research and in-person meetings
  • Qualify leads and scope potential clients
  • Provide a high-touch approach with customers through the quote process
  • Participate as a member of the team, supporting others and Reviva initiatives

Skills and Experience :

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree, with engine mechanical knowledge preferred
  • Prior relevant work experience in sales, closing opportunities
  • Sales development experience from opportunity development to close
  • Organized, flexible with the ability to learn different tasks quickly
  • Comfortable multi-tasking is necessary
  • Ability to work with customers and communicate effectively both via e-mail via the telephone
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to develop and grow strong customer relationships
  • Sales development experience with Original Equipment (OEM’s) truck and equipment dealerships preferred
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Clear understanding of how to close new opportunities is key to success
  • Understands the value of analytics to drive decisions
  • Microsoft Office Suite, CRM experience
  • Self-manage, prioritize initiatives, with a high level of detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with a problem-solving attitude

Physical Demands :

This job requires employees to sit at a desk and use hands to type and use hearing and voice to answer phones.

Work Environment :

The environment is primarily an office setting currently located in Fridley, MN. Approximately 15 percent travel required to outside sales events and customers.
