At Edibolic Kitchen, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us in the position of part time prep / line cook.

Schedule - 18-22 hours / week

Friday - 7am-3 : 30pm

Saturday - 7am-7pm

Key Duties / Essential Job Functions :

Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation processes such as cooking, marinating, seasoning, and grilling meats;

chopping herbs; dicing, cutting, and slicing vegetables

• Completing hot and cold food preparation assignment accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion
• Following Edibolic Kitchen's sanitation standards to ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while maintaining cleanliness of all working areas, including refrigeration, cooking equipment, dishwasher, and prep areas.
• Above all, have a positive attitude and love to cook and be in the kitchen!
• Ideal candidates have food service / batch production experience.
• Great sense of urgency & creativity.
• Minimum experience of 2 year in culinary.
• Food handling & safety knowledge.
• Detail oriented.
