Position : Registered Nurse (RN)Dept : Inpatient RehabShift : 7 : 00am-7 : 30pmFacility : Upper Valley Medical Center Practices professional nursing care in an autonomous manner supported by evidenced-based practice, professional standards of care, and code of ethics.
Provides care for patients across the life span in a manner sensitive to social and cultural diversity. The Registered Nurse manages the nursing care in an interdisciplinary manner, in collaboration with the healthcare team, family, and significant other.
Integrates the Collaborative Model of Care with a strong focus on patient-centered care into daily practice.
Education : Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
Licensure / Certification / Registration :
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Current BLS certification required at the time of hire.
Experience : Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital RN experience is required.
Knowledge / Skills :
- Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong organization skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
