Key Selling Points :
- Schedule : Out 12 days, home 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.
- Routes : OTR across all 48 states, with the majority of freight east of I-35.
- Mileage : Average 2000-2200 miles per week, determined by HOS and availability.
- Freight : All no-touch freight; 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload.
- Dispatch : No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs.
Additional Details :
- Equipment : Drive 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.
- Haul Length : Average length of haul is over 600 miles.
- Support : 24 / 7 operations specialist available for assistance.
- Empowerment : All shifts tailored to meet your needs.
Pay and Benefits :
- PayScale : View PayScale
- Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
- Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day.
- Mileage Bonus : 3 CPM based on Safety, Mileage, & Productivity. Eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire date.
