About the Role : Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Rumford area.
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with students in an educational setting, providing support to enhance their learning and behavioral development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors.
- Assist in the development of individualized learning and behavioral goals.
- Provide support to students during instructional activities and throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment.
Qualifications :
- Current RBT certification.
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or behavioral support setting.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passionate about supporting students' educational and behavioral needs.
