As a key member of the Marketing organization, the Senior Manager of Program & Project Management will report to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of key programs and deliverables across the CMO office.
The Senior Manager will also have the opportunity to flex their critical thinking skills by developing key departmental strategies for new CMO-wide programs.
What you'll be doing :
Leading the planning and execution of key presentations, events, and deliverables across the CMO organization.
Developing and implementing a strategy for new CMO programs and initiatives, including the team's approach to DE&I, Culture, and Learning and Development.
Partnering with key cross-functional partners in Human Resources, DE&I, Learning and Development, Marketing, and more.
Partnering with external agencies to align on key initiatives and project management.
Developing and continually optimize workflow processes across the team to drive greater efficiency and increased speed to market.
Assisting in recurring senior executive updates across various initiatives.
Leading change management of transformational CMO-wide initiatives.
Supporting strategic initiatives and other CMO-wide projects, as needed.
You'll need to have :
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and / or military experience, or specialized training.
Experience managing communications and status reporting across multiple organizational levels and teams, including C-suite.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Even better if you have one or more of the following :
A passion for marketing and experience with agile ways of working and process improvements.
Keen attention to detail and high degree of responsiveness.
Strong project management skills and agile mindset.
Willingness to have a prescence in both offices the marketing team resides in, Basking Ridge, NJ and 140 West St, NY, NY.

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $118,000.00 and $219,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule.
The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more.
For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
