Your Skills and Talents : A Winning Combination!
- BCBA preferred; those eligible to sit for the exam or accruing BACB supervision hours welcome to apply.
- PhD in a related field preferred, Master's degree in a related field required.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs.
- Proven track record in staff supervision and training.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults and families.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
