An Excellent Opportunity for Business Analyst to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank in Chicago, IL location.
Job Description :
- This role is responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business and / or system requirements (based on specialization) to accomplish business goal
- Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their requirements, perform impact analysis, and then working closely with the Development Team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team
- Individuals in this role possess a working knowledge of the business / technical domain and the main applications within that domain
Job Responsibilities :
- Ability to solve business problems through analytical and logical thinking
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Ability to identify opportunities that help business grow
- Helps design, document and maintain process
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team
Requirements :
- Provide high quality solutions to stake holders
- Service Accounts, How to manage lifecycle of service accounts
- Interact with customers, understand requirement, and document them
- Increase Business value, collaborate with product owner to create product backlog by using Agile practices
- Develop business cases by working closely with product managers
- Provide user stories to teams and define the business-driven acceptance criteria
- Support Agile practices and encourage improvement of service
- Facilitates Agile processes such as iteration / Release planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily Standup
- Helps Scrum Master, Developers, or testers clear roadblocks
- Show willingness to contribute on any item by using available bandwidth
Technical Skills :
- Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks
- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management
- Critical thinking, Data analysis, Interpersonal skills
- Flexible and Adaptability
- Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery
- Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc
