Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Knowledge of object-oriented design and architecture / SOLID
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to check your work and document your processes on a fixed schedule.
• 4+ years working with full stack Java
• Strong programming / development skills in Java, JavaScript
• Strong experience with Spring Boot
• Experience working with source control
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems quickly and communicate proposed solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Designing and executing test plans and performing gap analysis to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Position is in office 3 days / week - Pennington, NJ - Charlotte, NC - Dallas, Texas

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Team Lead.
• Minimum 4 years experience with Full Stack Java Development
• Minimum 4 years experience with Spring Boot
• Minimum 4 years experience with Microservices
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred :

• Bank Experience
• Good Communication
• Client facing experience
• Team work

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
