Law firm is seeking a Senior Legal Talent Manager to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities :
- Manage associate recruitment including onboarding, application tracking, scheduling interviews
- Draft offer letters / due diligence (references, background & conflicts, bar status)
- Maintain recruiting database
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 7+ years of experience in legal attorney recruiting, talent management or HR required
- Microsoft Office Suite, iManage and other HR / recruiting software required
