Job Summary

This position is for a developing leader with a newly established franchise poised for growth. Voda Cleaning & Restoration's Manager will champion company culture, develop operational process and lead teams while serving customers.

Reporting to franchise leadership and this role spans all area of the business from estimation, execution of work orders to resource and personnel management, sales and customer service.

The Operations Manager will develop strategic plans to drive efficiency, while upholding strict compliance and safety standards.

With a focus on quality service delivery, the Operations Manager also performs in customer facing situations. Ideal candidates will have proven industry experience and relevant IICRC certifications.

This role is suited for a dynamic leader looking who values long term developmental growth. The successful candidate will be met with an aggressive career growth plan, corporate training and equity potential.

Cleaning & Restoration Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of the business unit
• Customer Service Champion
• Perform technical carpet, tile, upholstery cleaning duties as needed.
• Perform water, fire and mold restoration remediation and mitigation projects as needed.
• Execute strategic plan with financial management responsibility
• Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and industry professionals to enhance Voda brand awareness within territory.
• Manage resources per job basis.
• Reports to franchise Owner

Cleaning & Restoration Manager Preferred Qualifications

• Positive attitude and adaptability
• Experience in the water restoration industry
• IICRC certified
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Xactimate experience
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent time management skills
