- Review Builder Portals to acquire new plans, specifications, selections
- Monitor Builder Portals for new Plans, Purchase Orders, Back Charges, and Variance Purchase
Orders
- Communicates with customers on New Plans, Communities, Specifications, Selections
- Serves as liaison to the Field Operations Manager and Account Coordinator on issues
involving Pricing, Selections, and Estimating
Serves as an advocate for the customer, gathering and disseminating information as
necessary
- Prepares and Maintains Bid Documents.
- Maintains customer relationships by responding to all inquiries and documenting any action.
- Responds to customer or field inquiries on selections and specifications
- Identify potential project risks and provide solutions to minimize cost and schedule impacts.
- Reviews and tracks material costs from suppliers and works with the Purchasing Manager to
ensure we are getting the best value on material purchases
Works with Purchasing Manager to determine the best suppliers for given projects or
builders.
- Other duties as assigned.
