Our client, a company that specializes in distribution and manufacturing is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales for their location in Auburn, MA.
The ideal candidate will need the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities for this position include property quote, order, and invoice special orders and windows.
The Day-to-Day :
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with their purchases and orders, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide property quotes, manage orders, and handle invoicing for special orders and windows.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly and efficiently.
- Capability to lift up to 10 lbs as needed.
- Ability to remain seated for 80% of the shift.
Pay Rate / Shifts :
- $19.00 to $23.00 / hr
- Monday to Friday
- 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM
