Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) responsibilities Include :
Oversee and manage the daily nursing operations of assigned unit within our nursing home.
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies and procedures for optimal nursing services.
Conduct regular assessments of resident care plans and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes staff satisfaction and retention.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall resident outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Pennsylvania nursing license.
- Proven experience in a nursing home / long-term care setting, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and nursing standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and person-centered care.
