Position : Manufacturing Production Assistant
FLSA Exemption : Non-Exempt
Location : Maumee, Ohio
Status : Full-time
What You'll Do
The Manufacturing Production Assistant's essential duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Supporting product development and assembly tasks based off supervisor's visual and verbal instructions
- Mimicking / repeating tasks given by the supervisor throughout the working day
- Providing continuous quality control while maintaining the timeliness of each task given by the supervisor
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Prioritizing safety at all times
- Communicating with other team members concerning problems and possible solutions
- Staying goal-oriented
- Assisting in shop maintenance tasks as needed

What We Require
- Using manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills
- Performing repetitive movements including simple grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation
- Reaching, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift / carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Driver's license
- All applicants must have legal authorization to work in the US
- Drug-screen and background check prior to starting the position are required
What We Value
- Experience in an assembly area is strongly preferred
- Experience with working in tool & die, finishing / polishing tools, and a CDL certification are all a bonus, but not required
