The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Turndown Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

The Turndown Attendant reports to the Director of Housekeeping and is responsible for the refresh of all guest rooms & suites, which includes bathrooms, bedrooms, living space, balconies and in some cases, pantries and kitchens.

We are looking for an energetic, experienced customer service professional with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, have a passion for service and hospitality.

Applicants will be a willing team player, and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work.

Flexibility to work early afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $27.50 USD.

Responsible for refreshing all guest rooms & suites, which includes bathrooms, bedrooms, living space, balconies and in some cases, pantries and kitchens.

This entails replacing used towels, removing trash, and making the room ready for the guest to sleep.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication as well as guest contact and organization skills
• Must be able to lift heavy objects.
• Previous experience in a similar environment and customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Service Passion
• Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
