業務内容
フロントオフィス責任者の補佐を務め 部署における客室レベニューや売り上げを最大限にし 高いレベルのカスタマーサービスの提供をお任せいたします
日々のオペレーション業務を監督し 基準が遵守され 維持されていることを確認する
ゲストからのフィードバック等を確認し 必要に応じてフロントオフィスマネージャーやデューティマネージャーへ助言を行う
フロントオフィス内のシステムや手順を確認し 必要に応じて修正する
フロントオフィスに新規入社又は配属されたチームメンバーへ 部門オリエンテーションを行う 等
What will I be doing?
Assistant Front Office Manager in maximizing room revenues and sales in the department and providing a high level of customer service.
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure standards are being met and maintained.He / she reviews guest feedback and provides advice to the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager as needed.
Review systems and procedures within the front office and make corrections as necessary.Provide departmental orientation to new team members who join or are assigned to the front office, etc.

日常 ビジネス会話レベルの英語力
What are we looking for?
Experience in a managerial or equivalent position in a hotel accommodations department.
English proficiency at a daily to business conversational level.
