Key Responsibilities :
- Attend client meetings, define the Scope of Work, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedules, and finalize proposals.
- Ensure the success of the profit center by managing and participating in team design, production, quality, training, and employee performance.
- Participate in regional and company decision-making and growth planning through regular meetings.
- Hold a PE license and manage up to two Project Managers, directly supervising up to four non-supervisory employees.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Assist in acquiring new clients.
- Supervise the preparation of plans, technical reports, cost estimates, and other client deliverables.
- Track project budgets, provide billing instructions, handle change order requests, prepare invoices, and negotiate back charges.
