Your Role : Talent Acquisition Specialist
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll orchestrate our recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include :
- High-Volume Recruitment : Source, attract, and hire top talent nationwide.
- Strategic Hiring : Lead discussions to define position requirements and candidate profiles.
- End-to-End Management : Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer letters and background checks.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure a delightful journey for candidates, making them eager to join our team.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 2+ years in recruiting.
- Expertise : Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment law.
- Attributes : Self-motivated, adaptable, relationship-builder, and detail-oriented.
