Role Description
We are seeking a Project Manager Construction to join our team!
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Sonoma, CA. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications :
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and tools
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Buildertrend experience a plus
