Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Wireless Sales Account Executive position provides incredible opportunities to develop sales skills and grow a long-term career at a company that generates over $17 billion in revenue.

DISH provides the training, development and tools to be successful. In this position, you will be selling Boost Mobile products and services, leveraging incredible 5G nationwide unlimited talk, text & data plans!

Key Responsibilities

  • Successfully sell Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers using the ability to present compelling offers and influence customer decision-making
  • Assess each customer’s needs and offer the best value
  • Demonstrate the ability and resilience to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals
  • Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods and looking to advance as a sales contributor
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Document customer information including demographic, billing, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service, listen to the customer and ensure their satisfaction

Compensation

$20.50 / hour base pay plus uncapped commission. Target compensation is $68,000 / year, with the potential to earn significantly more based on performance.

Top performers make well over six figures annually! You’ll also have the opportunity to promote two levels within your first year with commensurate title and hourly pay increase.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred
  • Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test
  • Must be able to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities
  • Must have open availability to work provided schedules
  • Have a smartphone or other device with an active network connection

  • Full-time schedule provided post-offer - variable hours which include weekends and holidays
  • Ability to bid on available work schedules based on performance, attendance and quality assurance

Salary Ranges

Compensation : $20.50 / Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies;

compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
