Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Taking customers order and payment
Cooking and preparing food
Delivering food to customer at table or in drive thru
Food stock and prep
Dish washing
General Cleaning
Various extra tasks and cleaning necessary to run the restaurant efficiently
In 1998, my brother Clay and I opened the first JCW’s in an old Hardee’s building in American Fork. We had cut our teeth in the restaurant business but opening our own place was still a big step.
Fortunately we drew great strength from the love and support of our families. At that time, a good friend and mentor, Jim Tripplet, told us that while JCW’s was a good name it didn’t really describe what we did.
Jim tagged us The Burger Boys and it has stuck ever since.
Now years later and with the help of great employees and loyal customers, we’ve added our Lehi, Provo and South Jordan stores.
The same philosophies we had when we started are still alive and well. We understand that it is an honor to take care of our customers and believe our customers are our friends.
We like to think of ourselves as the Cheers of burgers, and when you come in and enjoy a great dining experience with top quality food and friendly service, you’ll know what we mean.
Today, we are proud to provide over 200 local jobs with several employees having been with us for over 10 years. Our commitment to Quality and a lot of it comes through in all we do.
