Description
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
Profile
- 5+ years experience as Project Manager with General Contractor
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
