You’ll act as the first point of contact for the business, greet members as they enter the facility, launder and fold towels, answer phone calls, light cleaning / organizing and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly.

Compensation : $10 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
- Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
- Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
- Folding towels, cleaning duties, locker room and club checks
- Closing and opening the gym
- Multi-tasking and being positive / energetic
Qualifications :
- 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
- Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
- Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
