Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Sourcing for NPI : Own the development of strategic commodity directions, participate in early technology scouting with R&D, and handle supplier selection to improve supply chain strength.
Contract Management : Be responsible for contractual agreements, including NDAs and Design Win Agreements, to secure crucial partnerships.
Supply Chain Risk Management : Conduct high-level risk analysis of selected suppliers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and eliminating potential supply chain risks for new products.
Cost Optimization : Establish and achieve total cost of ownership targets that align with business objectives, implementing initiatives that meet or exceed these goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Provide regular updates to executive partners, ensuring alignment on supply base strategies.
Collaborate with business units to fully understand their needs and translate them into actionable procurement strategies, seeing opportunities for added value such as quick-turn solutions for NPI delivery.
Continuous Improvement :
Drive supply base competitiveness by securing the best total cost of ownership for Agilent’s products.
Develop continuous improvement within the supply chain, ensuring ongoing cost reductions and efficiency gains.

Qualifications
Bachelor / Master's Degree or equivalent in either Engineering, Business or Supply Chain.
8+ years of validated experience working in a procurement role for a large organization.
SAP knowledge is desirable but not crucial.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Comfortable working across different cultures, countries, and time zones.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with partners at all levels.
Confidence in presenting to senior management.
The US pay range for this full-time position is $100,720.00 - $165,244.00 / yr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum new hire pay for the position across the relevant US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
