Responsibilities :
- Coordinate daily classroom activities in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities.
- Engage with children and parents daily, providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other teachers to create an engaging curriculum.
Qualifications :
- CDA or 1-2 years of experience in early childhood education preferred.
- Strong communication skills with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Must meet state training and background check requirements.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
