Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)-Outpatient

The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) provides physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. This position will assess a patient's condition by evaluating their mental, emotional and physical status related to their impairment and the physician's medical diagnosis / referral.

Education : Associate Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program required.

Experience : Six months of related experience and / or training preferred.

Certifications, Licenses : Current physical therapy assistant license from the State of Nebraska required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
