Location : Sioux City, IA 51108
Pay Rate : $24.00 / hr
Shift : Dirt Crew 6am to 6pm M-F or Harvest Crew M-S 630am to Finish
Description : Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDL Dump Trailer Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials such as dirt and harvest products to and from job sites within a 100-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities : Operate a dump trailer safely and efficiently to transport dirt, harvest products, and other materials as required.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and trailer, ensuring they are in good working condition. Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site managers to coordinate pick-up and delivery times. Load and unload materials accurately and securely.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time logs, delivery tickets, and vehicle maintenance. Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any issues or needed repairs to the supervisor.
Ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations pertaining to dump trailer operations. Qualifications : Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience driving dump trailers and handling various types of cargo. Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment related to loading and unloading.
Strong understanding of local and federal transportation regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
Preferred Qualifications : Previous experience in hauling dirt or agricultural products. Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair.
