Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This role involves working closely with students from grades K-12 by assessing their needs, providing targeted interventions, and collaborating with educators to enhance students functional abilities and participation in educational activities.

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' functional abilities and limitations.

Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving clients' independence and quality of life.

Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address fine motor skills, activities of daily living, and sensory processing.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic patient care.

Requirements :

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.

State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an OT.

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
