BAYADA offers CNAs and Home Health Aides (HHAs) the following benefits :
- Base Pay : $16 - $18 / hour depending on qualifications
- Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.

Qualifications for CNA / HHA Home Health Aide :
- Minimum one year work experience
- One year work experience providing hands on care OR Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License
Job Responsibilities for CNAs & HHA Home Health Aides :
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Oral feeding
- Vital sign checks : temperature, pulse, respiration
- Home Management Tasks : laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
