Interim Healthcare is seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) for home care cases throughout the State of Delaware.

Purpose of Occupational Therapist (OT) :
- OTs are needed for minimal hands-on therapy ; this will include evaluations & counseling .
- Clients are part of a program that is statewide for seniors aging in place.
- Each client / case is a five-to-six-month program with 6 OT Visits throughout. You will be responsible for the full number of visits for each client.
Requirements of Occupational Therapist (OT) :
- Appropriate license to practice in the State of Delaware.
- At least six (6) months experience within the last five (5) years working as an OT within in a hospital, home care or nursing home setting within the United States.
- CPR certified.
- Negative TB test result
- Pass a background check.
- Provide two (2) professional references.
- Able to travel to cases as assigned.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Meets the requirements of federal and / or state criminal and abuse background checks.
