Job Description :
As a Tele-Teacher for the Visually Impaired, you will provide virtual instruction and assist students in developing the skills they need to succeed academically and in daily life.
Responsibilities :
Deliver specialized lessons via tele-education platforms.
Help students navigate assistive technologies and learning materials.
Teach orientation and mobility skills remotely.
Provide instructional support to classroom teachers.
Track student performance and update educational goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education for the Visually Impaired from an accredited institution.
Valid state certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI).
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with visual impairments, with remote teaching experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Braille, assistive technology, and orientation and mobility strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students and collaborate with school teams remotely.
Proficiency in using tele-education platforms and technology for remote service delivery.
